MS HB1033

Requires the administrator of the Mississippi Management and Reporting System Revolving Fund to submit an annual report to the chairs of the House and Senate Appropriations Committees and Accountability, Efficiency and Transparency Committees detailing current and future purchasing needs by January 15 of each year.

Makes technical amendments to Section 7-7-3, Mississippi Code of 1972, including replacing archaic pronouns ("said," "hereby") with modern equivalents ("the," "is") throughout the statute.

Applies to the existing Mississippi Management and Reporting System Revolving Fund, which was established to develop and maintain executive information systems including centralized automated accounting, human resource/payroll systems, and performance data automation across state government.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
