Amends Schedule I controlled substances under Mississippi Code Section 41-29-113 to add thirteen new substances classified as having no legitimate medical use and high potential for harm, including various fentanyl analogs, synthetic cannabinoids, and designer drugs.

Adds specific fentanyl-related substances to Schedule I, including acetyl fentanyl, acryl fentanyl, furanyl fentanyl, and synthetic analogs with modifications to the fentanyl chemical structure.

Adds thirteen synthetic cathinones and other hallucinogenic/depressant substances to Schedule I, including compounds like methoxetamine (MXE), various NBOMe derivatives, and benzodiazepine analogs.

Amends Schedule IV controlled substances under Mississippi Code Section 41-29-119 to add serdexmethylphenidate as a Schedule IV drug, classified as having currently accepted medical use with low potential for abuse relative to Schedule III drugs.
