Exempts insurance producers who are 65 years of age or older and have been continuously licensed for 25 years or more from continuing education requirements, upon submission of a sworn affidavit on a form prescribed by the Commissioner of Insurance.

Lowers the age requirement for real estate licensure continuing education exemption from 70 years old to 65 years old for persons who have held a broker's or salesperson's license in Mississippi for at least 25 years.

Requires insurance producers seeking the exemption to provide written proof of their age, licensing duration, and continuous service history through an oath-signed affidavit.

Takes effect upon passage.
