Authorizes the Secretary of State to serve determination notices for administrative dissolution of corporations by email to the registered agent's email address, in addition to first-class mail.

Authorizes the Secretary of State to serve certificates of administrative dissolution on corporations by email to the registered agent's email address, in addition to first-class mail.

Applies the same email service provisions to limited liability companies under Section 79-29-823, allowing determination notices and certificates of administrative dissolution to be served by email to the LLC's registered agent.

Service method is determined by the email address or mailing address as indicated by the corporation or LLC.

Effective July 1, 2023.
