• Expands the definition of "order for support" to include retroactive financial support of the mother beginning from the first date of pregnancy establishment.

• Modifies liability provisions to clarify fathers are responsible for reasonable expenses of the mother's pregnancy including prenatal and post-natal care, in addition to child support obligations.

• Effective July 1, 2023.
