• Authorizes distinctive motorcycle tags for active duty and retired Army National Guard and Air National Guard members; reauthorizes clergy tags; updates "Choose Life" related tags to reflect name change to "Choose Life Mississippi"; and extends reauthorization deadlines to July 1, 2026 for multiple existing tags.

• Amends Section 27-19-44 to exempt U.S. Merchant Marine tags from the minimum purchase requirement and Section 27-19-56.3 to allow former legislators with six or more years of service to obtain replica legislative tags; effective July 1, 2023.
