Amends Mississippi Code Section 83-9-108 to prohibit group health plans and health insurance issuers from imposing cost-sharing requirements (deductibles, coinsurance, copayments) for breast cancer screenings, diagnostic breast examinations, or supplemental breast examinations if these benefits are provided to enrolled individuals.

Defines "diagnostic breast examination" as medically necessary examination of the breast using diagnostic mammography, MRI, or ultrasound to evaluate abnormalities seen on screening or detected by other means.

Defines "supplemental breast examination" as medically necessary breast examination using MRI or ultrasound to screen for breast cancer when no abnormality is suspected, based on personal or family medical history or other risk factors.

Defines "cost-sharing requirements" as deductibles, coinsurance, copayments, and any maximum limitations on out-of-pocket expenses.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
