Amends Section 67-3-46 of Mississippi Code to expand the definition of manufacturers prohibited from having interests in wholesalers or distributors of beer, light wine, or light spirit products.

Adds new category of prohibited entities: manufacturers of products or substances infused into or becoming part of beer, light wine, or light spirit products, regardless of whether they manufacture the final product.

Extends the prohibition to all affiliated companies, wholly-owned subsidiaries, and joint ventures of the newly defined manufacturers.

Maintains existing exemption allowing security interests granted for products sold to wholesalers or distributors until full purchase price is paid.

Takes effect upon passage.
