Amends Mississippi Code Section 63-11-30 to authorize courts to increase DUI fines in their discretion, with reasons for increases required in the court's written order.

Applies to all DUI offense categories: first offense ($250-$1,000), second offense ($600-$1,500), third offense ($2,000-$5,000), and fourth+ offense ($3,000-$10,000).

Also applies to Zero Tolerance for Minors violations and DUI child endangerment penalties.

Effective date: July 1, 2023.
