Authorizes the State Department of Education to issue Education Enhancement Fund (EEF) procurement cards or digital solution credentials to eligible charter school teachers for purchasing classroom supplies and instructional materials.

Amends Section 31-7-9 to explicitly include charter school teachers in the list of educators eligible to receive EEF procurement cards issued by the Department of Finance and Administration.

Amends Section 37-61-33 to include public charter school teachers in the definition of "teacher" eligible to receive classroom supply allocations through the 9.61% EEF distribution for classroom supplies, instructional materials, and equipment.

Amends Section 37-28-55 to require the State Department of Education to disburse EEF classroom supply funds to eligible charter school teachers on the same basis and manner as school district teachers.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
