Increases the office operating allowance for circuit judges and chancellors from $9,000 to $15,000 per annum, effective July 1, 2023.

Increases the annual support staff funding allocation from $40,000 to $100,000 per fiscal year per judge for whom all support staff is approved.

Increases the additional office expense allowance for judges without county-provided offices from $4,000 to $7,000 per annum.

Removes a previous restriction prohibiting the use of office operating allowances to pay official court reporters.

Effective date: July 1, 2023.
