Establishes that the 120-day suspension period for DUI violations begins on the date the judge signs the suspension order, rather than at an earlier point.

Provides an alternative penalty structure for minors (under 21) convicted of aggravated DUI with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% or higher, applying the same sentencing framework as regular DUI offenses instead of enhanced felony penalties.

Grants persons under 21 previously convicted of aggravated DUI before July 1, 2023, the right to petition for a new trial.

Changes language in implied consent statute from "and" to "or" when describing impaired driving conditions (operating on public highways, roads or streets while under the influence).

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
