Allocates $2,000,000 to assist the City of Jackson with Jackson Planetarium renovations and upgrades.

Allocates $13,250,000 to the Department of Finance and Administration for development of the LeFleur's Bluff Otter Creek Golf Park and Connector Trail Project.
