Amends immunization requirements for schools and licensed child care facilities to allow exemptions when parents or legal guardians object on religious grounds.

Requires parents or guardians seeking religious exemptions to submit a signed affidavit to the school or facility official stating that immunizations conflict with their religious beliefs.

Applies exemptions to both school immunization requirements under Section 41-23-37 and pneumococcal disease immunization requirements for child care facilities under Section 43-20-8.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
