Creates new Section 83-9-24.1 establishing prohibitions on health benefit plans regarding coverage of clinician-administered drugs (outpatient prescription drugs that cannot be reasonably self-administered and are typically given by healthcare providers in clinical settings).

Prohibits health benefit plans from refusing authorization or payment for clinician-administered drugs, imposing additional fees or higher copays, steering patients to specific pharmacies, or conditioning provider payment based on pharmacy selection.

Allows but does not require health benefit plans to offer home infusion pharmacy services or external infusion sites as alternatives for drug dispensing.

Applies these provisions to all managed healthcare delivery entities including the State and School Employees Health Insurance Plan and Mississippi Medicaid Program.

Amends Section 25-15-9 requiring the state health plan to follow these clinician-administered drug coverage provisions; effective July 1, 2023.
