• Amends state employment discrimination law, condominium restrictions, and real estate licensing standards to include natural, protective, or cultural hairstyle as protected categories.

• Authorizes counties and municipalities to adopt ordinances prohibiting discrimination based on natural, protective, or cultural hairstyle with penalties for violations.
