Amends Section 27-65-111 of Mississippi Code to add a new exemption from sales taxation for feminine hygiene products, including sanitary napkins and tampons.

The exemption applies to retail sales of these products and becomes effective July 1, 2023.

This exemption is added to the existing list of tax-exempt sales in Mississippi, which includes medical items, food, clothing, and sales to certain nonprofit organizations.
