Authorizes the State Bond Commission to issue general obligation bonds up to $100,000 to assist Alliance School for Workforce Development with repairs and improvements to its building and facilities in Jackson, Mississippi.

Creates the "2023 Alliance School for Workforce Development Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for the authorized projects.

Bonds shall be general obligations of the State of Mississippi with full faith and credit pledged for repayment, may mature up to 25 years from issuance, and bear interest rates not exceeding limits in Section 75-17-101, Mississippi Code of 1972.

Bond proceeds and any remaining fund balance after project completion shall be used to pay debt service on the issued bonds, with investment earnings also applied to debt service.

No bonds may be issued under this act after July 1, 2027, and the act takes effect July 1, 2023.
