Appropriates $150,000,000 from the Capital Expense Fund to the Mississippi Community College Board for fiscal year 2024 for repair, renovation, or improvement of existing campus infrastructure.

Distributes funds to 15 public community colleges with allocations ranging from $7,045,992 (Coahoma Community College) to $15,942,129 (Hinds Community College District).

Restricts fund usage to repair, renovation, improvement, or expansion of existing infrastructures such as gas, electrical, water, and lighting systems; prohibits construction of new buildings or campus square footage expansion.

Allows community colleges to use funds at their discretion without oversight from the Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management of the Department of Finance and Administration.

Ensures receipt of these funds does not reduce state funding provided to community colleges through state bonds or other appropriations for future planning and new capital improvements.
