Amends Mississippi Code Section 43-13-115 to extend Medicaid coverage for women who were eligible while pregnant to continue for twelve (12) months postpartum, to the extent allowable under federal law.

Adds new paragraph (28) to the list of Medicaid recipients establishing postpartum coverage eligibility and requiring the Division of Medicaid to determine eligibility for affected individuals.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
