Requires the Mississippi Attorney General to investigate pharmaceutical companies' activities relating to the development, promotion, and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines in the state.

Directs the investigation to examine whether violations occurred regarding misleading advertising, fraud, RICO offenses, conspiracy, and related criminal activity by pharmaceutical manufacturers and their executives.

Authorizes the Attorney General to exercise all subpoena powers and enforcement provisions under Section 7-5-59 to conduct the investigation.

Requires the Attorney General to submit annual status reports to the Legislature before January 1 each year the investigation is ongoing, excluding confidential information that could compromise the investigation.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
