Authorizes Mississippi residents to purchase distinctive license tags identifying them as supporters of the Clinton Public School District upon payment of an additional $30.00 annual fee (in addition to standard taxes and fees).

Tax collectors retain $2.00 from each application fee and deposit it into the county general fund; the remaining fees are remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue.

Distributes the $30.00 additional fee as follows: $24.00 to Clinton Public School District, $1.00 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to the special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

Replacement distinctive license tags cost $10.00, with the tax collector retaining 5% for the county general fund and the remainder distributed according to the same fee allocation formula.

Effective July 1, 2023.
