Increases the Gulf Coast Restoration Fund appropriation to the Mississippi Development Authority for fiscal year 2022 from $37,857,356.00 to $42,857,356.00.

Increases funding for the Hancock County Port and Harbor Commission's Technology Park at Stennis Airport Phase I from $2,000,000.00 to $7,000,000.00.

Removes $2,500,000.00 in funds previously appropriated to the Hancock County Port and Harbor Commission for the Assault Landing Strip at Stennis Airport.

Removes $2,500,000.00 in funds previously appropriated to the Hancock County Port and Harbor Commission for the multiuser aero strip at Stennis Airport.

Reduces the reappropriated amount in Section 2 from $52,793,000.00 to $50,293,000.00 and in Section 3 from $49,925,069.00 to $47,425,069.00 to reflect the reallocation of funds.
