Suspends voting rights upon conviction for vote fraud, crimes listed in Mississippi Constitution Section 241, or crimes interpreted as disenfranchising by Attorney General opinions, rather than permanent disenfranchisement.

Automatically restores voting rights once a person has satisfied all sentencing requirements of their conviction, including removal from suspension lists and restoration in the Statewide Elections Management System.

Amends Sections 23-15-11, 23-15-19, 23-15-125, 23-15-151, 23-15-153, and 23-15-165 to implement automatic restoration procedures and update voter roll maintenance requirements accordingly.

Requires county registrars and election commissioners to receive regular reports of individuals who have completed sentencing and to automatically restore their registration and voter roll status.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
