Amends Section 47-7-40 of the Mississippi Code to allow offenders on probation and parole to earn additional discharge credits through participation in faith-based activities, effective July 1, 2023.

Offenders may earn up to 40 hours per month in faith-based activities, with each 40 hours earned reducing their probation or parole placement by 5 days per month.

Requires a designated leader of the faith-based entity to submit a monthly report by the 15th of the following month documenting the offender's participation hours to the Department of Corrections Commissioner.

Maintains existing earned-discharge credit provisions based on monthly compliance with supervision conditions while adding faith-based participation as an additional method to reduce supervision time.
