Suspends voting rights upon conviction for vote fraud, crimes listed in Mississippi Constitution Section 241, or crimes interpreted as disenfranchising by Attorney General opinions, but automatically restores voting rights once all sentencing requirements are satisfied.

Amends voter registration sections to require automatic restoration of voter names into the Statewide Elections Management System, state voter roll, and county pollbooks once a person completes their sentence.

Modifies county registrar procedures to remove names from voter rolls upon conviction but reinstate them automatically upon completion of sentencing requirements rather than requiring permanent disenfranchisement.

Directs the Statewide Elections Management System to receive regular reports of voters who have satisfied sentencing requirements and automatically restore their voting eligibility.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
