Amends Section 63-7-11 to require vehicles transporting forest or agricultural products in their natural state or timber loads that meet or exceed maximum legal lengths to operate only during daylight hours on Mississippi highways.

Establishes length limitations for various vehicle types: single vehicles not to exceed 40 feet, semitrailers/trailers not to exceed 53 feet, and motor homes not to exceed 45 feet.

Requires loads projecting 4 feet or more beyond the rear of vehicles to display red flags (16 inches square) and prohibits nighttime operation for timber loads extending 4 feet or more.

Specifies that timber loads extending less than 4 feet beyond the vehicle rear must display amber strobe lights during the period from sunset to sunrise when visibility is insufficient.

Becomes effective July 1, 2023.
