Requires the Mississippi Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks to suspend hunting, fishing, and trapping licenses for individuals who are out of compliance with child support orders (changing "is authorized to" to "shall")

Allows any party owed child support to submit proof of arrearage directly to the Division of Child Support Enforcement, with or without attorney assistance, to initiate license suspension proceedings (previously required a licensed attorney)

Licensees receive 90 days notice before license suspension and may request a review, negotiate a payment schedule, or enter into a stipulated agreement to avoid suspension

Suspended licenses must be immediately reinstated once the division notifies the licensing entity that the individual has paid the arrearage or entered into an approved payment agreement
