Authorizes issuance of up to $1,550,000 in state general obligation bonds for Bolivar County riverfront development, including $1,300,000 for the third phase of Terrene Landing project near Rosedale and $250,000 for Great River Road State Park improvements in Rosedale.

Authorizes issuance of up to $180,500 in state general obligation bonds for Bolivar County civil rights tourism, including $80,500 for the Mound Bayou African American Museum and Interpretive Center and $100,000 for civil rights historical site signage and promotion.

Authorizes issuance of up to $440,000 in state general obligation bonds for City of Cleveland downtown improvement projects, including pocket park, food truck park, skate park, community center/kitchen facilities, Kamien Way mural, and electric vehicle charging stations.

Authorizes issuance of up to $519,000 in state general obligation bonds for City of Cleveland parks and recreation improvements, including upgrades to Amzie Moore Park, Park Commission Gym HVAC systems, Anderson Park and Fireman's Park facilities, and Armory restrooms and concession stands.

All bonds are general obligations of the State of Mississippi with full faith and credit pledged; bonds may mature up to 25 years from issue date and cannot be issued after July 1, 2027; bond proceeds are tax-exempt in Mississippi.
