Appropriates $205,454.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Nursing Home Administrators for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024).

Authorizes 2 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the board with appropriated funds.

Requires the board to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2023, and to submit fiscal year 2025 budget requests in comparable format and detail.

Directs all revenue generated by the board to be deposited into a special fund with all interest earned remaining in the fund rather than going to the State General Fund.

Establishes purchasing preference for Mississippi Industries for the Blind when multiple bids are received with equal price, quality, and service, or when purchases are made without competitive bidding.
