Appropriates $19,176,620 from special funds for the administrative expenses of the Board of Trustees of the Public Employees' Retirement System and for maintenance and operation of the Retirement System Building for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024)

Authorizes 157 permanent full-time positions for the agency

Allocates up to $3,538,000 specifically for maintaining, upgrading, and operating the computer system

Limits building maintenance and repair expenditures to no more than $300,000

Establishes a Public Employees' Retirement System Building Repair and Maintenance Fund in the State Treasury to collect rental income from the building at 301 North President Street, Jackson, with unexpended funds transferring to the Administrative Budget Fund at fiscal year end
