Appropriates $1,788,066.00 from the Real Estate License Fund to the Mississippi Real Estate Commission for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024).

Authorizes 16 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the Commission.

Restricts fiscal year 2025 personal services funding to not exceed fiscal year 2024 levels unless the Legislature adds new programs or positions.

Requires the Commission to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2023.

Directs the State Treasurer to issue warrants for payment from the Real Estate License Fund upon requisitions signed by proper officers.
