Appropriates $31,615,704 from the State General Fund and $220,498,980 from special funds to the Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024)

Authorizes 922 permanent positions and 207 time-limited positions for the department

Allocates $3,681,802 from the Health Care Expendable Fund, including $2,782,590 to match federal funds, $854,903 for the Independent Living Program and State Attendant Care Program, and $44,309 for deaf and hard of hearing services

Provides $1,563,039 for the Spinal Cord & Head Injury Trust Fund and $1,100,000 from the Capital Expense Fund for equipment purchases for Mississippi Industries for the Blind

Sets performance targets including 60,000 disability determinations, 15,025 vocational rehabilitation clients served, 2,535 clients rehabilitated, and 2,025 blind/visually impaired persons served
