Authorizes $22,759,440 in special funds for the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024)

Approves 116 permanent positions and 1 time-limited position for the district

Allocates $2,300,000 from the Capital Expense Fund specifically for replacement of the Waterwood Well

Provides $200,000 for salary increases to fund overtime, callback, or standby pay

Requires the district to waive traffic control fees for vehicles with "REZ" tags and waive launch/event fees for ESPN Bass Masters Classic, FLW Major Open, and Catch A Dream Foundation Bass Classic events
