Appropriates $2,015,303.00 from the State General Fund to the Office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024).

Appropriates an additional $215,258.00 from the State Treasury to the Office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel for the same fiscal year.

Authorizes 9 permanent positions for the Office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel with no time-limited positions.

Requires the office to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2023, and submit fiscal year 2025 budget requests in comparable format and detail.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
