Appropriates $7,400,165.00 from the General Fund and $961,751.00 from special funds for the Mississippi State Supreme Court operations for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024), authorizing 70 permanent positions.

Appropriates $31,034,839.00 from the General Fund and $4,192,368.00 from special funds for special judges, chancellors, and circuit judges, with $10,900,000.00 designated for support staff (maximum $100,000 per judge per fiscal year), authorizing 109 permanent positions.

Appropriates $16,072,101.00 from the General Fund and $28,304,212.00 from special funds for the Administrative Office of Courts, including $310,000.00 for IT equipment and Youth Court computers and $500,000.00 for temporary intake officers, authorizing 48 permanent positions.

Appropriates $5,225,711.00 from the General Fund and $1,611,293.00 from special funds for the Court of Appeals (58 permanent positions), $158,857.00 from a newly created Continuing Legal Education Fund (2 permanent positions), and $358,884.00 from special funds for the Board of Bar Admissions (3 permanent positions).

Allocates $2,500,000.00 for the Youth Court Support Fund, $9,000,000.00 for the Drug Court Program, and reappropriates $525,000.00 in Capital Expense Funds for IT systems and electronic court operations.
