Reappropriates $90,392,052.00 to Fund 3393100000 for the Department of Finance and Administration to reauthorize expenditure of previously appropriated funds for construction and repair/renovation projects at various state agencies and institutions for fiscal year 2024.

Reappropriates $408,730.00 to Fund 3390200000 from special funds for construction and repair/renovation projects at state agencies and institutions authorized in prior fiscal years.

Reappropriates $60,000,000.00 to Fund 3390300000 for construction and repair/renovation projects at institutions of higher learning, community and junior colleges, and various state agencies.

Reappropriates multiple additional amounts across 14 separate fund accounts totaling approximately $253.7 million for repair, renovation, and improvements of state-owned properties, universities, and community colleges, with amounts ranging from $87,069.00 to $70,890,000.00 per fund.

All reappropriations are limited to unexpended balances remaining as of June 30, 2023, and retain the original authorized purposes of the funds; bill takes effect July 1, 2023.
