Appropriates $216,452 to the Office of the Attorney General for legal expenses, court fees, and settlements for fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, including $21,452 for a Superfund site case and $195,000 for the Flowers v. Evans lawsuit.

Appropriates $1,112,942 to the Office of the Attorney General for fiscal year 2024 for ongoing litigation costs including $450,000 for an election case, $272,942 for a federal case, and $140,000 for a child welfare case.

Appropriates $23,865,997 to the Department of Corrections for medical program expenses and $2,873,765 for private prison operations for fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.

Appropriates $245,955,527 to the Governor's Office-Division of Medicaid for agency operations and $12,000,000 to the Department of Child Protection Services for agency operations.

Appropriates funds for multiple other state agencies including $6,518,942 to the Emergency Management Agency, $1,316,969 to the Department of Banking and Consumer Finance, and $10,000,000 to the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks.
