Authorizes the City of Pascagoula, Mississippi to use automated recording equipment (cameras and optical devices) to enforce traffic signal compliance, speed limits, and other traffic regulations on public streets

Allows the city to impose and collect civil or criminal fines, fees, or penalties for traffic violations captured by automated systems

Overrides Section 17-25-19 of Mississippi Code, which otherwise restricts such automated traffic enforcement

Requires the city to hold a public hearing before installing any automated recording equipment and adopt a resolution approving or disapproving its use

Defines automated recording equipment as cameras working with traffic signals or radar speed detection to capture license plate images of violating vehicles
