Amends Section 27-65-111 of Mississippi Code of 1972 to add a new exemption from sales taxation for the Foundation for Mississippi Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks.

Exempts sales of tangible personal property or services to the Foundation for Mississippi Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks from state sales tax.

The exemption joins a long list of existing exemptions for nonprofits and charitable organizations including hospitals, schools, museums, and other foundations.

Takes effect upon passage of the bill and does not affect any tax claims or assessments that accrued before the effective date.
