Creates the Mississippi Commission on Wage Review, a 7-member body tasked with examining wages paid to both public and private employees in the state

Commission members include representatives from the Department of Human Services, Mississippi Manufacturers Association, Mississippi Development Authority, Magnolia Bar Association, AARP Mississippi, State Economist, and one gubernatorial appointee from a nonprofit focused on job training

Requires the commission to review Mississippi wages at least every two years and compare them to wages paid in the Southeastern region of the country

Mandates biennial reports with findings and recommendations be submitted to the Mississippi Department of Employment Security and the Legislature

Appointments must be made within 30 days of the act's effective date, with the first meeting required before August 1, 2023
