Appropriates $592,600 from the State General Fund to the Town of Leakesville, Mississippi for infrastructure improvements during fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024)

Allocates funds for street repairs and improvements: $146,000 for River Street, Jane Drive, Hardy Avenue and West Capital Avenue; $150,000 for Annex Road; $75,000 for Lee Drive, Mississippi Street, North Davis Street, Marion Street and McLeod Avenue

Designates $67,600 for Jasper Avenue, Florida Avenue and 4th Street improvements; $20,000 for Ferguson Avenue; $7,500 each for Piggly Wiggly service road and Westerfield Avenue

Provides $60,000 for stormwater and drainage system repairs and other infrastructure improvements

Sets aside $34,000 for road repair equipment and machinery purchases, and $25,000 for repairs and improvements to the Old Chickasawhay Bridge
