Authorizes issuance of up to $9,903,800 in state general obligation bonds to fund repair and/or replacement of eight bridges in Prentiss County, Mississippi

Creates the "2023 Prentiss County Bridge Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to receive and disburse bond proceeds

Allocates specific amounts for bridge projects: $2,484,050 for Bridge SA59-015; $1,912,500 for Bridges SA59-033 and SA59-034; $2,437,400 for Bridges SA59-071 and SA59-093; $1,481,700 for Bridges SA59-114 and SA59-115; and $1,588,150 for Bridge SA59-029

Bonds must be issued before July 1, 2027, with a maximum maturity of 25 years, and are backed by the full faith and credit of Mississippi

Bond proceeds and income are exempt from all state taxation, and bonds qualify as legal investments for trustees, fiduciaries, and financial institutions
