Amends Mississippi architect licensing laws to permit multi-disciplinary firms to include architects, landscape architects, and engineers as long as at least one active member or stockholder holds an architecture certificate in Mississippi.

Requires a minimum of two-thirds of partners, stockholders, directors, officers, and members in firms with landscape architect ownership to be registered architects or engineers, with landscape architects limited to no more than one-third ownership interest.

Mandates that any contract for architectural services be executed by a partner, stockholder, or officer who is a registered architect in Mississippi, with that architect's name and seal appearing on all architectural documents.

Establishes that individuals rendering professional services remain personally liable for their own negligent or wrongful acts, and partners or members are not liable for others' negligence unless they failed to provide responsible control.

Takes effect July 1, 2023, and brings forward signage requirements for landscape architects under Section 73-2-5 requiring current licenses be displayed in a conspicuous place in principal office or place of employment.
