Extends the repeal date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2026 for exemptions allowing employees of the Mississippi Department of Health and Department of Revenue whose work solely involves the Medical Cannabis Act to be excluded from state service requirements

Extends to June 30, 2026 the exemption for both departments from the Mississippi Administrative Procedures Law when implementing, administering, and enforcing the Medical Cannabis Act

Extends to June 30, 2024 the exemption from Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services bidding and contract requirements for medical cannabis-related acquisitions by both departments

Extends to June 30, 2026 the exemption from the Public Procurement Review Board approval requirements for personal and professional service contracts related to the Medical Cannabis Act

Extends to June 30, 2026 the exemption from state bid requirements for purchases made by both departments in connection with their Medical Cannabis Act responsibilities, and adds Mississippi Industries for the Blind services to bidding requirement exceptions
