Extends the repeal date of Section 75-55-5 (definitions under the Petroleum Products Inspection Law) from July 1, 2023 to July 1, 2026.

Extends the repeal date of Section 75-55-37 (penalties and enforcement provisions) from July 1, 2023 to July 1, 2026.

Maintains existing definitions for petroleum products including gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, lubricating oils, and oxygenated fuels with their respective quality specifications and testing standards.

Preserves enforcement mechanisms including pump inspections, stop sale orders, civil penalties up to $3,000 per violation, and authority to suspend or revoke registrations for repeated violations.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
