Appropriates $103,700,000 from the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund to the Department of Health for the Mississippi Hospital Sustainability Grant Program established under Senate Bill 2372, effective upon passage through June 30, 2024.

Authorizes the Department of Health to expend up to $700,000 of the appropriated funds for administrative expenses in administering the grant program.

Requires the Department of Health to verify that reimbursements are eligible under Section 602 of the Social Security Act as amended by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 and that recipients have not received duplicate reimbursement from other sources.

Prohibits use of appropriated funds to pay employee premium payments and requires the Department of Health to certify all expenditures comply with U.S. Department of Treasury guidelines for Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund usage.

Requires recipients to repay the State of Mississippi any funds determined by federal inspectors general to have been improperly expended, for repayment to the federal government.
