Requires all individual and group health insurance policies, HMOs, and self-insured plans delivered or renewed on or after July 1, 2023, to cover annual pap smears and biennial bone density tests for Mississippi residents.

Prohibits plans from imposing deductibles or coinsurance for these screenings that exceed amounts charged for similar benefits, and reimbursement rates must equal or exceed Medicare rates.

Allows plans to require use of in-network providers when available and accessible; if out-of-network referrals are made, individuals pay no more than they would with in-network providers.

Amends the State and School Employees Health Insurance Plan to include coverage for annual pap smears and biennial bone density tests.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
