Prohibits Mississippi state agencies from providing support or resources to federal agencies, contractors, or NGOs in transporting illegal aliens apprehended at the Southwest Border to Mississippi

Requires the Department of Public Safety to identify all illegal aliens transported to Mississippi since January 2023, collect information on their identities, criminal histories, and sponsors, and authorizes detention of vehicles suspected of transporting illegal aliens if state offenses are suspected

Mandates monthly reporting by the Attorney General and district attorneys to the Governor on criminal prosecutions and convictions involving illegal aliens, with data published on the Department of Public Safety website

Requires the Department of Human Services, Department of Health, and related agencies to determine state and local funds spent on healthcare and services for illegal aliens starting in fiscal year 2023 and annually thereafter

Directs the Department of Human Services to evaluate whether licensing agencies housing unaccompanied alien children meets "evidence of need" requirements, and mandates in-person welfare checks of placed children at least every six months until age 18
