Certified law enforcement officers employed full-time for at least one year are entitled to an additional $600 per month in supplemental salary paid by the State of Mississippi

Creates the "Supplemental Salary Pay for Law Enforcement Fund" in the State Treasury to be funded through legislative appropriations

Establishes a nine-member board of review to determine eligibility disputes and hear appeals from officers denied supplemental pay, with appeals due within 30 days of denial

Officers continue receiving supplemental pay during disability from line-of-duty injuries until separated from employment through retirement or disability retirement

Supplemental pay must be included in retirement contribution calculations and benefit determinations, and agencies cannot reduce base salaries solely because officers receive this state supplement
